Do you have a minimum order requirement (MOQ)?

 The minimum quantity required is 500 units, subject to specifications and production load. 

What are your standard lead times?

Our standard production time is 3-4 weeks  from receipt of your deposit and final artwork approval. We will confirm how long your products should take to produce when you place an order.

How much does it cost if I wish to request samples? 

If you are an existing client, we will provide samples for the price of shipping. Samples for new clients, as well as personalized samples, will incur a charge. Please contact us for details.

Is any form of artwork OK? 

All we need is a high-resolution digital graphics file (we prefer CDR, JPG, PDF, or TIFF)

Will you send me a proof for approval before my order is processed? 

We will prepare an artwork proof for your approval. After your approval and deposit have been received, we will proceed the production.

Are these products environmentally sound? 

Yiway productions comply with the environmental policy. Our products are FSC certified for responsible forestry and REACH certified for non-toxicity and safety. Our paper is made from sustainable forestry and without the use of chlorine or acids. All cartons and boxes are made from recycled material.

How can I request a quotation? 

Please provide us with the quantity you plan to order and the product’s item number.

If you wish to personalize your diary or notebook, the following information is required:

How do I place an order?

After you have obtained a quotation, you can place your order by e-mail or phone; we will send you a Proforma Invoice for the deposit, as well as a proof for your approval. once we receive your approval and deposit, we will immediately start the production process.

What types of logo imprints are available?

1. Foil Stamping

Available in gold, silver, and coloured foils on all cover types.

2. Blind Embossing 

Most suitable for Thermo PU; also suitable for leather, PU, and some PVC and leatherette paper.

3. Screen Printing and Pad Printing

Can be Pantone matched to your corporate colours. Available on all cover types.

How accurately will my colours be reproduced?

We will endeavour to match the colours as accurately as possible; however, please note that print colours and shades will vary depending on the material, surface, and texture.

Can I have your items personalized /custom made?

Yes—we specialize in personalizing diaries and gifts, from simple logos or company details on the front cover to a completely custom-made product. Please contact us for more details.

Is the cover material limited to leather?

No, various materials can be used, such as paper, leatherette paper, fabric, PVC, PU, and microfiber leather.

How will you pack my order? 

We normally pack orders in a PP bag and carton. Gift box packing is available at an additional cost.

Will you deliver internationally?

Yes, we can arrange shipping to most locations around the world. Shipping is charged separately and is based on the size of your order and the delivery destination. Most of our overseas orders are shipped by the lowest-cost sea freight. Small and urgent orders are normally shipped by air cargo or courier.

We can also work with your forwarder and shipping base on EXW,  F.O.B. Guangzhou or Shenzhen.
